If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Return, refund, or replacement requests are considered only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged or broken.
• The product does not match the specifications mentioned at the time of purchase.

For returns, please note that applicable deductions may be made for shipping, marketing, operations, or damages before processing a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. We are unable to process cancellations once the product has been shipped through our courier partners.
